Mayor Kobi's 2025 State of South Fulton AddressIn just four years, Mayor Kobi's administration has doubled the city's revenues, while cutting taxes, and purchased over 400 acres of land — including land for a permanent City Hall off Camp Creek Parkway and a 150-acre park along the Chatahoochee. South Fulton's 2026 Budget also includes 106 million for the city's first 911 Call Center, a Police Headquarters on Old National Highway and EMS Training Center (the loans for which he secured without eliminating or raising a cap on property taxes). More initiatives include one million dollars for blighted property demolition — from dilapidated houses around the city to burned out buildings in Camelot — and millions more in speed bumps, sidewalks, streetlights and other road improvements.
